- 2 small or 1 large pear
- 100 g Castello® Danablu
- 75 g hazelnuts
- balsamic glaze
- fresh chervil
- salt
- pepper
preparation
Preparation1. Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves.
2. Add to a plate and top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Danablu, balsamic glace, fresh chervil.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
