A little piece of blue cheese splendour – our recipe for Fig Tart with Blue Cheese & Honey is an intense dish that will satisfy most cheese lovers. - 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 Castello® Danablu
- 2 tbsp honey
- fresh rosemary
preparation
Preparation1. Cut the puff pastry in circles to fit in the baking tin. Cut the figs into quarters and place on the puff pastry. Crumble Castello Danablu on top and drizzle with honey and fresh rosemary.
2. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size – the cheese should be melted and the pastry crust should be slightly golden. Serve while it is still warm.
