- a few slices of Castello® Pineapple & almond cream cheese ring
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- some canned pineapple pieces
- some macadamia nuts
- some chilli sauce
- some chopped spring onions
- ½ lime fruit
preparation
Preparation1. Prepare a spicy salsa from pineapple cubes, macadamia nuts, chili sauce and spring onions. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking.
2. Toast the bread.
3. Arrange a few slices of Castello Pineapple & Almond Cream Cheese and some spicy salsa on top of your toast. Squeeze a little bit of lime on each.
