1. Cook the pasta al dente and drain the water.
2. Bring the cream to a boil.
3. Cut Castello® Creamy White cheese into slices, add them to the cream.
4. Whisk until you have a thick cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper and turn down the heat to low temperature.
5. Pour the sauce over the pasta or add pasta into the sauce. Mix carefully and season with salt and pepper.
6. Plate the pasta and garnish it with some chilli flakes and finely chopped parsley.
