- 70 g Castello® Mature cheddar
- 5 tbsp passion fruit curd or fruit curd
- ground chillies
preparation
Preparation1. Spread the croustades on a platter.
2. Fill the passionfruit curd into a piping bag and spray it into the croustades.
3. Cut the cheese into small pieces and add a piece on each croustades.
4. Sprinkle with ground chili and serve with a semi-sweet (demi-sec) champagne.
