  • 300 ml nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml honey


1. Cook the nuts, apricots and honey in a saucepan over low heat until the honey turns a light golden-brown.

2. Add the water and give it a good stir.

3. Leave to cool before serving
