Ingredients

Vinaigrette:

1 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp dijon mustard
1 pinch of salt
freshly ground pepper
2 slices of round white farmhouse loaves
1 garlic clove, split
25 g prosciutto, thin slices
rocket washed and dried

Preparation

Vinaigrette:

Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard together with salt and pepper until smooth.

Toast the bread and rub with garlic.

Lay a few thin slices of Aged Havarti on the warm bread and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Serve with prosciutto and arugula
