Preparation

1. Cut the oranges in thin slices and add them in a pot together with cinnamon, sherry and water and boil for about half an hour.

2. Add sugar and almonds and let it simmer for another half hour.

3. Put it on glasses (over held with hot water) and close immediately.

4. Serve the cooled marmalade with cheddar and crackers.
