2 slices of bacon
2 chicken fillets
2 slices of Castello® Mature cheddar slices
fresh basil
half a pack of rocket leaves salad
6 strawberries
1 ripe avocado
olive oil
lemons

Preparation

1. Add basil and a Mature Cheddar Slice on the chicken filets and wrap bacon around.

2. Grill them on the barbecue until they are well done.

3. Cut avocado and strawberries into slices. Mix together with rocket in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon together with a bit of olive oil over the salad.
