  • a few slices of Castello® Tropical fruit & almond cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • canned pineapples pieces
  • some macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • some chilli sauce
  • some chopped spring onions
  • ½ lime fruit

preparation

Preparation

1. Prepare a spicy salsa from pineapple cubes, macadamia nuts, chilli sauce and spring onions. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking.

2. Toast the bread.

3. Arrange a few slices of Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese and some spicy salsa on top of your toast. Squeeze a little bit of lime on each.
