1. Place the cous-cous into a mixing bowl with the oil from the Castello® Greek Style Cheese jar.
2. Add the grilled zucchini, lemon, chilli, and mint, season with freshly ground black pepper, and mix until combined.
3. Top with the Castello® Greek Style Cheese cubes and serve.
The cous-cous is Ideally cooked in chicken or vegetable stock to add that extra flavour.
