    • An addition of chilli flakes into the recipe took some time to master and our talented cheesemakers based in Denmark brought this particular chilli brie recipe to life in 2017!
    • Due to its non-standard recipe and a much creamier texture than regular brie, some Scandinavian countries like to consider our Chilli Double Cream Brie Cheese its own cheese type under the soft cheeses family. In Denmark our brie is called Castello Creamy White.
