  • 7 ounces shelled edamame beans (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp ground ground cumin
  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

Preparation

1. Pour boiling water over the shelled edamame beans and strain.

2. Add the edamame beans, ground cumin, tahini and garlic to a blender.

3. Pulse lightly to blend and gradually add the olive oil and yogurt until you get the right texture – season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
