1. For the Maple Candied Walnuts: Over medium heat, add butter, maple syrup and vanilla to a cast iron pan. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add walnuts and stir for 5 minutes until most liquid has evaporated.
2. Spread mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let cool for 3 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle over the nuts and toss gently.
4. Arrange the Castello® Havarti Herbs & Spices and Traditional Danish Blue cheeses with the other cheeseboard ingredients and serve.
