  • 1 Castello® Chilli & Ginger Cream Cheese Ring 125
  • 4 - 6 rice crackers
  • 100 g toasted, salted peanuts
  • 100 g snap peas
  • pickled red chillies
  • shiso sprouts

preparation

1. It is very simple and does not require much preparation. Arrange the crackers, pickled chillies, peanuts, sugar snap peas, and shiso sprouts in small bowls.

2. Place everything on a wooden board, together with a Castello® Chilli & Ginger Cream Cheese Ring.

3. When you are ready to eat, spread some cheese on each cracker and enjoy it with the various accompaniments. A delicious indulgence of multifaceted flavours.

Use leftover rice to make your own rice crackers. Mix with salt, olive oil, and any other flavours you like in a food processor. Blend until it all comes together like a dough – you might need to add a little water. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten. Bake in the oven at 180° C until slightly golden and crispy.
