Manon Lagreve
Raised in a small village in France, Manon grew up in a family where food was the centre of family life. By watching her mother and grandmother cook every meal from scratch; from breads to biscuits, and of course, desserts, Manon developed her own love of cooking and took this passion to the Great British Bake Off in 2018. In partnership with Castello, Manon has taken inspiration from family traditions to create delightful and cheesy recipes. Kerry Whelpdale is a mum of two who adores creating recipes that all her family can enjoy! John Gregory-Smith
John Gregory-Smith is a food and travel writer, presenter and chef. His love of food led him to start a spice brand in his early twenties, and he has since gone on to share his passion for food on both sides of the Atlantic. John and Castello have teamed up to produce some delicious cheese-based recipes for everyone to enjoy, whatever their level of experience. Billy and Jack
Billy and Jack built their friendship during their journey to the final of MasterChef in 2016. After this, they combined their passion and love for cooking and started a monthly dinner club for other like-minded food lovers. During their partnership with Castello, Billy and Jack have taken their desire for developing delicious recipes to the next level, creating some dishes for all food lovers to enjoy.
