A smoothie that knows how to do it right - our Raspberry smoothie recipe in a bowl is a tasty little thing of beauty. Banana, avocado, raspberries, lemon, and chia seeds deliver diverse flavours in a satisfying effort, while skyr, granola and berries add plenty of texture and bite.

  • 200 g skyr, plain
  • 2 scoop recover whey better blueberry protein powder
  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 75 g ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 25 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp muesli

preparation

Preparation

1. Place the Skyr and protein powder in a blender.

2. Add the frozen raspberries and the other ingredients.

3. Whizz at max. speed for about 30 sec., or until the mixture is nice and creamy.

4. Serve in two bowls topped with blueberries and granola.
