1. Prepare the grill or broiler to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine the Blue Cheese and bacon with the figs, set aside.
2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties. Grill—time adhering to personal taste—approximately 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
3. Divide the cheese, bacon and fig mixture between the burgers and continue to grill at low heat until cheese melts.
4. Transfer the burgers to buns and top with kale and grilled onions. Serve immediately.
