1. Place ice cubes, blueberries, banana and yoghurt in a blender. Whizz at max. speed for about 45 sec., or until the ice cubes are almost gone. Pour the drink into 2 tall, cold glasses and serve immediately.
You can substitute frozen blueberries for fresh – just omit 2 ice cubes. However, please note that food authorities in some countries recommend boiling frozen berries briefly before use. Check the website of the national food authority in your country for more information. For a tangier drink, add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. This drink can be made ahead of time. Store it in the fridge and stir just before serving.
