Gen Z: Logan Fabbro
Best known for her role on The Next Step, Logan’s generation tends to have shorter attention spans and moves on from one obsession to the next in record time, so she made three different boards, each one ready in 10 minutes:
• Her air-fried Castello Brie is a popular Tik Tok hack Logan customized. Score the brie and drizzle with honey, then add to the air fryer at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Remove and top with chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds.
• This blue cheese board is a twist on the viral butter board featuring Velvet Blue, the perfect entry-level blue cheese as the flavour is milder than a traditional Danish Blue, ideal for a generation who hasn’t developed a palate for strong flavours yet. Warm the cheese, spread on a board, add diced apple, prosciutto and a drizzle of honey.
• Since Gen Z is artsy, but not showy, Logan created this minimalist board featuring Castello’s Havarti, Gouda and Tickler classic cheese, along with their Taste Mexico and Taste Hawaii cream cheese rings. Add some creative names and serve.
